<p>8 rounds EOMOM</p><p>4 reps of Alternating Front rack barbell lunges</p><p>Use same weight for rounds 5 – 8</p>
Metcon (Time)
<p>100m Lunge+ DB Press (35/25)</p>

<p>Athlete lunges with DB on shoulder. At the bottom of the lunge, press the DB overhead,, then bring back to shoulder, and lunge again. Switcharms as needed.</p>
