Mike Clemens is CCP “spotlight member”, he has made so many improvements in such a short amount of time!!  We even let him design todays WOD! Nice job Mike! Here is what he had to say about his experience…..”I gave up on running/jogging about 3 years ago because of knee pain and I truly thought I’d never be able to run again pain free.  I owe everything to CCP for being able to run again without pain and that has everything do to with the amazing increases in core and leg strength that greater protect and support my knee ligaments.  Also, if you told me that I would be able to get 15 pull ups in a row in my lifetime I would have laughed, and now I can do at least that since joining CCP! ”

CCP is different because of the amazing culture created by the coaches.  CCP is such a friendly and cohesive environment with a ton of positive energy which makes you want to come even more and push yourself even harder.  The environment is a byproduct of the wonderful people that are the coaches, they really make the difference in such an impactful way.
