“My most notable physical improvement would be my weight loss. With portion control and starting CF in May, I have lost 22lbs. But it’s not just about the weight; my clothes are getting very baggy too! What can I do now that I couldn’t do before CF? Wow, everything! I’ll just give you the highlights. Just getting through the work out is huge! I could not run the 400 at all, now I can run it a few times. I could not do a sit up at all, now I do them at the end of most workouts. Five months ago, if you were to tell me that I could do the routines we do each day, I would have thought it to be impossible.
I’ve never had an exercise routine before and this is my first experience with CF. What I can say about CCP is, members are given a personal touch and encouraged to do their best. The trainers get to know you, your strengths and weaknesses and help you through them. I’m never bored and look forward to looking on the board to see what the routine will be. What I also enjoy is the camaraderie with the members. Everyone is there to do their best and encourage others as well. It’s nice to have a group to have fun and suffer with!”
