The challenge has come to a close! There was a total weight loss of over 241 pounds! Pictures will be posted soon.. So many of you not only lost weight and body fat but you are now running faster and lifting heavier! The challenge has taught so many of you the changes you needed in your diet to feel and look better. The trick now is to keep those lifestyle changes and continue to improve! Now it is time to ask yourself.. What’s next?
