Overhead Squat (5 set x 5 reps increasing weight each set)
<p>Alternate between the two lifts. OHS will stay at 5 reps. The Snatch will decrease by one rep each set. Add weight to both as you progress. OHS should be heavier than snatch but close at the end.</p>
Snatch (5 x 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Increase weight but decease reps each set)
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
<p>5 min AMRAP</p><p>10 Medball Push Ups</p><p>10 Ball Slams</p><p>10 Wallballs</p>
