Cutthroat Style: Athlete 1 v. Athlete 2
Station 1: Tire Flips
Station 2: Sledge hammer slams
Station 3: Rope Climbs
Station 4: Sled Push
Athlete 1 goes on a block run while Athlete 2 performs as many reps of the movement until athlete 1 returns from block run. Each athlete will do 2 block runs/2 lifts per station. The goal is to be your partner in the rep total.
