This WOD is intended to honor our Nation’s fallen troops as Memorial Day nears.
The 21 min WOD and 21 reps signify a 21 gun salute and the 5 exercises represent the 5 branches of the military.
21 Guns (21 min AMRAP – Rounds)
400 m run
21 push-ups
21 box jumps
15 burpees
9 pull-ups
Thank you to the competitors, the volunteers, and the spectators for making our first in house competition such a huge success. It was truly inspiring to watch competitors encouraging each other throughout the day. We appreciate your incredible sportsmanship and your enthusiasm. We hope you had as much fun as we did-we will definitely be doing this again!
