Our Spring Competition will be held this Saturday, May 16th!

Extra workouts and regular attendance will be counted until Wednesday evening. (Several people will be performing the workouts Wednesday evening due to scheduling conflicts.  Others have asked for a rest day Friday before the competition.  This cut off will allow for both of these things without unfairly influencing the score for the attendance WOD.)  If you previously arranged to do the competition on Wednesday evening, the first WOD will begin promptly at 6:30.  Please arrive in plenty of time to get warmed up.

On Saturday, we will keep things moving as quickly as possible, but we do anticipate being out there for quite some time.  Plan to arrive around 8:30 am to get yourself situated.  You will need to check in to get your heat schedule, score cards, and competition shirt. We will have the athlete briefing promptly at 9:00 followed by a group warm up.  The first heat is scheduled to begin at 9:30!

Bring your coolers, chairs, tents, and snacks.  Westchase Barbecue will be on site selling their delicious food-bring cash if you would like to purchase lunch.

If you are not registered to be in our competition but want to be involved, we would love to have extra people to judge.  We will have extra shirts for the volunteers-please let us know if you are willing to help out.

Childcare will be provided throughout the competition for $10 per child. We have 5 wonderful babysitters rotating in and out of the childcare room.  We will also provide snacks and various crafts and activities for the children.  Please let us know by Thursday if you plan on using the childcare so we can plan accordingly for snacks.

Encourage your family and friends to come out to watch you and cheer you on.  It will be a very fun, family friendly event.
