One person runs a 400 while the other person does the following..

1. burpees

2. box jumps

3. swings 55/35

4. push ups

5. sit ups

Teammate with the lowest score does as many reverse burpees as they lost by**

14.2 open wod

done at 3min..run a mile

done at 6min.. run 1200m

done at 9min.. run 800m

done at 12 min.. run 400m

after that pat yourself on the back!
